Senior Technical Architect

Definition:
A senior technical architect should have strong process knowledge and horizontal knowledge of information technology on“application, database,operating system, server, SAN networking, and storage” and he has sensitive perspective on IT architect in Data Center. He should have thorough knowledge of Storage technology (It is better to know HDS Storage) and enterprise storage network and have a full understanding with I/O data flow process. He should be able to manage the architecture, planning, designing, documentation& implementation of client projects during the entire life cycle from presales to post sales-implementation.Meanwhile, he should be able to deliver technical consulting service in infrastructure cloud perspective.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct or participate in customer meetings related to storage solutions, systems architectures, design and overall deployment;
2. Have ability to design the whole solution, not only on storage base;
3. Deliver the storage solution to the end-user;
4. Communicate and demonstrate storage solutions to customer base;
5. Pre-Sales Support on HDS Storage Solutions;
6. Deliver technical consulting service on both presales and post sales phrase;
7. Ability to converse in Mandarin and English fluently;

Preferred Experience:
1. 10-15 years relevant work experience (include 5+ years storage/system vendor experience) on server, storage, fiber channel, applicationin data center;
2. Proven storage implementation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning experience;
3. In depth IT architect knowledge with diagnostic abilities;
4. Understand and deploy storage related solution in data center environments;
5. Understand and handle performance issue in data center environments;
6. Strong Understanding of process when you meet critical case;
7. PMP certification will be advantage;
8. Prefer experience of Hadoop & Openstack;
